Bardic Construction is a building and civil engineering contractor based at Westfield Industrial Estate in Fforestfach, Swansea. We work across South Wales and the West on industrial sites, commercial premises and private homes.
Most of our work is for manufacturers and service providers who need a contractor that can work safely around live plant. We also take on private groundworks, extensions and driveways, and no job is too small to look at.
We have worked at industrial premises for over 20 years, so our staff are used to heavy machinery, shift patterns and the restrictions that come with keeping a facility running. We are used to liaising with shift managers and engineers so that work progresses without holding up production.
We are accredited by CHAS, registered with Constructionline and recognised as an SMAS Worksafe (SSIP) contractor. Our management team are IOSH trained in Managing Safely. Individual risk assessments and method statements are written for each task rather than reused, all staff are first aid trained, and PPE is provided and worn on site. There is more detail on our health and safety page.
Welsh Water require a CHAS accredited contractor for any connection into their drainage. We have held that accreditation for several years and can quote for drainage and civils work on that basis.
Tell us what you need and we will arrange a site visit and a no-obligation quotation. For barriers and bollards our rates are published, and we aim to return a firm quote by the end of the same working day once we have your requirements and postcode.
